MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission is to provide quality legal representation to enable workers’ compensation defendants to make informed decisions regarding whether the litigation process should be resolved by a comprehensive settlement or proceed to trial.
In most situations, this process will result in a settlement structure that will terminate all potential issues of employer liability and not simply workers’ compensation issues of liability.
HISTORY
Morrow & Morrow was founded by Megan Morrow and Thomas W. Morrow with the concept that workers’ compensation defense attorneys could and should provide a comprehensive approach in protecting employers and their workers’ compensation insurers. Their devotion to fully protecting the interests of their clients and to communicating their philosophies have not changed over the years. Megan and Thomas have built a team of skilled and dedicated lawyers and staff. The firm has been located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area since its inception but represents clients throughout California.
